Causes of Elbow Pain
Elbow pain is a common cause of discomfort for many people.
The elbow is the joint in the middle of the arm that allows the arm to bend like a hinge. The bicep is the muscle that allows the elbow to flex, and the tricep is the muscle that allows the elbow to bend. Tendons are also attached to the elbow; often these can become inflamed and are quite painful.
Elbow pain can be debilitating, and it is important to seek treatment before symptoms worsen, or the length of recovery time could increase. The better care we take of our joints, the less likely we are to experience these conditions.
